We’re looking for a detail oriented and enthusiastic individual with a strong understanding of public records and public meeting law to join our growing team! Through intergovernmental agreements, MCDD manages the administration of four special districts in the Portland metropolitan area, each with its own policy making board. The management and coordination of these board meetings is a critical function of these agencies and allows MCDD to meet its mission of flood risk-reduction. The Board Coordinator will coordinate multiple public meetings and provide public record management support for the initial board of the new Urban Flood Safety & Water Quality District, MCDD and the other districts managed by MCDD.
