Project Summary:
In summer 2017, MCDD's Operations crew constructed a new boat access ramp near NE Glass Plant Road, which allows them to improve their access to the Columbia Slough for boat inspections. The Operations crew inspects the Columbia Slough for water conveyance throughout the year to reduce flood risk cause by culverts and bridges being blocked.
Benefit:
Safer maintenance access for MCDD operations crew during Columbia Slough inspections.
