Project Summary:
Between April 2016 and September 2018, MCDD operations crew worked to repair an undermined outfall for Pump Station 2 located near NE 21st and NE Elrod Drive in Portland. The outfall was destabilizing the bank and was at risk of failure, but has been restored and is functioning properly.
Benefit:
Reduced flood risk and stablized the bank, allowing Pump Station 2 to continue to drain the basin in the northwest corner of MCDD.
